364 three-bedroom homes listed for sale.
$273,375 average original list price for those new listings, trimmed to reduce outlier noise.
$235,780 average sale price for the 252 three-bedroom homes that closed in the same period.
Those closed homes originally listed for an average of $241,511. That list-to-sale relationship is useful context, but every home still needs its own pricing conversation.
