375 three-bedroom homes listed for sale.

$272,976 average original list price for those new listings, trimmed to reduce outlier noise.

$235,700 average sale price for the 260 three-bedroom homes that closed in the same period.

Those closed homes originally listed for an average of $241,613. That list-to-sale relationship is useful context, but every home still needs its own pricing conversation.
